Why Plant in the Fall? 🍂

Fall is the best time for both planting and seeding native plants. It gives them time to establish their root systems in their new homes, so they are ready to grow as soon as the snow clears in the spring. Many native plant seeds require a cold, moist winter period (cold stratification) to germinate properly. Get them in the ground now for flourishing native plants next summer!
